Regarding the handling of personal information concerning you which are provided through inquiry, application to recruitment, etc., Igarashikoka Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) shall manage and protect them in the following manner:

The term “personal information” is the information concerning individual persons and implies such information that can identify individual persons by name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.

4. Entrustment of Handling of Personal Information
The Company may entrust the personal information after obtaining your agreement, as circumstances demand. In such case, we will entrust the information to a company where the management system concerning the handling of personal information can be confirmed.
5. Procedures for Requesting Disclosure, etc., of Personal Information
Regarding the “personal information intended for disclosure” held by the Company, if the principal person requests: the notification, disclosure, correction/addition or deletion of the intended purpose, stop/erasure of use, or stop of provision to third parties, contact the Personal Information Inquiry Desk provided at the bottom of this statement.

7. Information Security
The Company expends all possible means for the handling of personal information by introducing the encrypted communication technology called SSL. For exchanging highly confidential information, such as personal information, we transmit and receive them by encrypting the information. Please feel secure since such personal information will never be read by any third parties.
